Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction-These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Apex Mining Resource's mining resources and related services. By leasing mining resources from Apex Mining Resource, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Leasing-Apex Mining Resource provides mining resources for leasing in accordance with Chilean mining law and environmental control regulations. The lessee must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Contract-A contract between Apex Mining Resource and the lessee will be drafted and legalized. The contract will specify the terms and conditions of the lease, including the duration of the lease, the amount of mining resources leased, and any other relevant details.

4. Payment-Payment for the mining resources leased from Apex Mining Resource will be made in accordance with the pricing and leasing options outlined on the Pricing and Leasing Options page of the Apex Mining Resource website.

5. Liability-Apex Mining Resource is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of its mining resources, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Legal Compliance-The lessee must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including Chilean mining law, environmental control regulations, and labor laws.

7. Environmental Responsibility-The lessee must take responsibility for the environmental impact of their mining activities and ensure that their operations comply with all applicable environmental regulations.

8. Termination-Either party may terminate the lease agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the contract.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction-These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chile. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chile.

10. Modifications-Apex Mining Resource may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on the Apex Mining Resource website.
